強勢族群若要不斷延續成波段主流，族群的指標龍頭股必須強於大盤，股價能持續創新高，才能帶領族群內其他股票跟隨，下圖為近兩週各族群內指標股創60日高的次數，次數越多搭配族群強度強，則是目前的主流族群，次數不高但族群強度表現漸入佳境的，極有可能是下一波的主流族群，值得我們去提前佈局
